In year 2007, RHDC renamed its global operation center as RHDevCo (Red Hot Development Company). RHDevCo has recently developed an enterprise, web based, GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) application, HighPoint Enterprise, for its US client, Favored Solutions Inc.

RHDevCo Processes

RHDevCo has designed its unique business processes and it’s based on four pillars:

Communication:

It all starts with communication; we follow industry best practices to make our communication with our offshore customers effective. We deploy a single point of contact, a Project Manager, for day to day interactions with our clients. We use time tested communication tools like weekly status reports, project plans, monthly management reports and different collaboration tools (optional) to provide high customer visibility. Last but not least is the SDLC; we have developed a RUP/EUP based lightweight SDLC that enables us to produce results faster.

Continuous Customer Feedback:

Continuous customer feedback and their intimate involvement throughout the project is paramount to our success. Our incremental and strictly time boxed work breakdown helps keep it simple and effective. We follow SCRUM based project management methodologies for result oriented project management.

Business Priority Alignment and Change Management:

Only thing constant in life is change. Customers require changes all the time according to business priorities, our incremental and iterative process allows us to absorb the changes and still deliver on time and within the given budget. A rigorous change and configuration management system is deployed to minimize the impact of changes.

Risk Management:

Analyze, identify, plan and mitigate Risks and challenges makes the work exciting and adventurous, our proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation helps us stay on track with minimal diversions.
